What is 1st Mobile Biz?

1st Mobile Biz is an app for business online banking customers to be able to conveniently perform a variety of cash management tasks from their Apple or Android mobile device.

How secure is 1st Mobile Biz?

The 1st Mobile Biz App is secure using industry‐standard technology and security certificates with 128‐bit encrypted communication. No personal or confidential information is stored on the mobile device or in the downloadable application.

Is there a cost to download the app?

No. If you are currently registered for Business Online Banking, you can download the 1st Mobile Biz App for free. Please refer to your mobile carrier's agreement for any data transfer fees.

Which mobile devices are supported?

1st Mobile Biz Apps are available for the iPhone (includes iPod and iTouch) and the Android. A Tablet app is also available for the iPad.

How do I access the 1st Mobile Biz App?

You can download the 1st Mobile Biz App from your mobile device’s app store. From Apple’s App Store, enter 1st Mobile Biz in the search field; from Android’s Google Play, enter 1st Security Bank Business from the search field. Look for our 1st Mobile Biz logo.

What are the login requirements for the business mobile app?

The 1st Mobile Biz App requires the same login information you currently use to access Business Online Banking; the Company ID, User ID and User Password. No separate mobile banking sign‐up is required.

What is a one-time pass code and how do I bypass this?

For added security, 1st Security Bank uses a Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) challenge each time a user logs in to access their accounts. You will be given an option to have the code sent to you by text message, email or by an automated phone call. This feature cannot be bypassed for security.

I forgot my username and/or password, how can I retrieve it?

If you are the “Company Administrator”, please contact a 1st Security Bank Representative during business hours at 800.683.0973 for assistance. If you are a “Company User”, please contact your company’s Business Online Banking Administrator for assistance.

What are the icons at the bottom of the login page?

From left to right, the icons represent Locate Us, Contact Us, About Us and the link to our Facebook Page.

Can I access the Terms and Conditions from the app?

No. However, you can go to our 1st Security Bank website at FSBWA.com, click the Business Banking Login; on the bottom left of the login page, click on the Online Banking Agreement link. You can view or print our Electronic Transfer Disclosure, Account Agreement and Funds Availability Policy.

What can I use 1st Mobile Biz App for?

The 1st Mobile Biz experience is virtually the same as the Business Online Banking experience although formatted for a smaller screen and tap screen friendly.  Functionality includes:

  • View account balances and recent account transactions up to 30 days
  • Approve ACH Payment, EFTPS Payments and Wire Transfers – to originate an ACH, EFPTS or Wire you must log in to Business Online Banking on your PC
  • Customize Data Filters by App Amount Range, Date Range, Status and Type
  • Initiate Transfers – you must have more than one account for this function to be available in the business mobile app.
  • View Full Transaction Detail and Approval Activity
  • Set Primary Account
  • Personalize your Settings
    • Set Account Order
    • Change Account Order
    • Set the number of Transactions Displayed
    • Edit Security Alerts
    • Set Account Nicknames
    • Account Hide Option

Can I deposit checks using the 1st Mobile Biz App?

No, there is not an option to deposit checks using the business mobile app at this time.

I have a Personal Line of Credit (PLOC) that I want to transfer from. The transfer option is not showing on my app?

Loans are currently not supported by the app at this time. You can however initiate your transfer or advance from your PLOC your other 1st Security Bank account by logging in to your Business Online Banking desktop.

I am a signer on another account and it shows up on my app. I don’t want it there, how can I remove that account?

You can hide the account by going to the Settings within your mobile app. Select the account you wish to hide, tap on the ON/OFF button and then the Hide Account setting will update once you tap on the Back button.

What if I forget to log out and later lose my phone? Could someone open the app later and have access to my information?

Our Mobile Apps have automatic inactivity logouts. If the application is inactive for ten minutes, or the application is closed without logging out, the session will time out and require you to log back in again before granting access to any information.

My session times out pretty quickly, can I change the timeout value?

No. For your security and protection, the session will time out after ten minutes of non‐activity and will display the 1st Mobile Biz log in page with a “Session Expired” message. Ten minutes is the only timeout option. We highly recommend that you log out of the app when it is not in use or immediately following your last activity in the app.
