Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Kara grew up in the tiny historical town of Port Gamble in Kitsap County. Having moved to Mukilteo in middle school, she has remained in the area ever since. Outside of her professional life, Kara finds joy in volunteering and spending quality time with her two children, Kingston and Aarya. They also share a passion for travel. Kara is an avid Seattle Sports fan, and actively engages in softball as both a player and coach.

An update from Barb Huber- She is currently enjoying some well-deserved retirement at her summer home in Arizona - soaking in the sun and embracing the vibrant community around her. In addition to relaxation, Barb has prioritized her health and well-being. She has remained active by hitting the gym regularly and joined a women's golf league, combining her love for the sport with the opportunity to build new connections and friendships.
